- 1 (9-inch) pie crust of 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 9 slices bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2For a 9-inch pie crust:

3Combine egg, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

4Stir in cheese.

5Sprinkle with bacon.

6Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

7Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

8If using crescent rolls, preheat oven to 325°. Separate dough into triangles.

9Place in a pie pan; press together to form crust.

11Use cubed ham, luncheon meat, shrimp or crab meat; place 1/2 of a 3 1/2 ounce can of French fried onions on crust before adding filling, then sprinkle remaining over top before baking.
