  • 1 (9-inch) pie crust of 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 9 slices bacon, crumbled

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    For a 9-inch pie crust:

    Combine egg, milk, salt and Worcestershire sauce.

    Stir in cheese.

    Sprinkle with bacon.

    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

    Cool 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.

    If using crescent rolls, preheat oven to 325°. Separate dough into triangles.

    Place in a pie pan; press together to form crust.
