  • 1 (9 or 10-inch) homemade or frozen pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. chopped ham
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. prepared broccoli

Directions

    Prebake pie crust for 5 to 6 minutes at 450°.

    Beat eggs and milk; add cheese and broccoli.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Bake quiche at 325° for 50 minutes or until center is set.
