  • 1 c. cheese (Cheddar or Swiss)
  • 2 c. cream
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/3 c. minced onions
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • pie crust

    Make pie crust.

    Brown onions.

    Set aside.

    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and set aside.

    Beat 4 eggs; add cream.

    Put cheese, onions and bacon in pie crust.

    Pour cream mixture over top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 300° and bake for another 30 minutes.
