  • 1 lb. meat or filling, precook choice (suggestions: bacon, ham, mushrooms, onion, shrimp and crabmeat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 pie shells

    Blend eggs, mustard, cream and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese in blender.

    Cover bottom of cooked pie shells with Swiss cheese (1/2 cup).

    Add liquid mixture.

    Add meat or filling mixture.

    Cover with remaining Swiss cheese and 1/2 cup of Parmesan.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes or until firm.
