- 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. heavy cream
- dash of salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Directions

1Heat the oven to 425°.

2Beat together the eggs, cream and seasonings.

3Layer the pie shell with cheese and bacon.

4Pour the egg mixture over this.

5Bake for 15 minutes.

6Reduce the oven temperature to 300°.

7Bake 40 minutes longer.

8Cool slightly before cutting into pie-shaped wedges and serving.
