- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 6 1/2 oz. tuna, broccoli, crab or shrimp
- 1 1/2 c. grated mild Cheddar/Swiss cheese
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (with seafood only)
- 1 tsp. chives (optional)
- dash of black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Bake pie shell for 5 to 7 minutes. Distribute tuna, crab, shrimp or broccoli evenly on bottom of pie shell.

3Sprinkle cheese and onion over tuna (etc.).

4Beat eggs; add milk and mix; pour over tuna (etc.) mixture.

5Sprinkle cheese on top.

6Bake at 450° for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350° and bake 12 to 15 minutes more until top is golden.
