Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. zucchini, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 6 to 8 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cream
  • nutmeg to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cooked pie crust

Directions

    Drop zucchini slices in boiling, salted water for 5 minutes; drain.

    Saute onion.

    Combine all ingredients; pour into pie crust.

    Bake 15 minutes at 450° and 15 minutes at 350° or until knife inserted comes out clean.
