- unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crisp.

2Remove from skillet and crumble. Drain off fat.

3Return 1 tablespoon fat to skillet.

4Add onion and cook until tender, but not browned.

5Place bacon, onion and cheese in pie shell.

6Blend together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.

7Pour over mixture in pie shell.

8Bake in oven at 375° until mixture is firm and light brown, about 45 minutes.
