- 3 eggs
- 1 heavy cream
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. browned onions
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- pinch of pepper
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Cook bacon and place on paper towel.

2Saute onions.

3Mix eggs well in bowl with whisk, then add milk and cream.

4Add remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until pie shell is brown and middle is firm.
