  • 1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish is best)
  • 1/2 lb. fried bacon, crisp and crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg
  • 1/4 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix eggs, cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cheese.

    Add bacon and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
