- 8 slices bacon or 1 lb. imitation crabmeat
- 1 2/3 c. half and half milk
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 5 eggs
- pie crust
Directions

1Beat eggs and half and half until blended.

2Stir in cheese. Crumble bacon on bottom of pie crust or lay crabmeat . Pour egg, milk and cheese mixture over top.

3Mushrooms may be added. Preheat oven to 375°.

4Bake quiche about 45 to 50 minutes, until pie shell is brown and filling firm.

5Let set up about 10 minutes before slicing.
