  • 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
  • 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Swiss cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. milk

    Mix first 8 ingredients. Beat in eggs and milk.

    Bake at 325° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
