- 1 1/4 c. half and half or milk
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Prick pie shell bottom and sides with a fork.

2If using metal pie pan, bake shell in preheated 450° oven until golden brown, about 5 minutes.

3If using pie plate, bake at 425°.

4Reduce oven temperature to 375° for metal pan or 350° for pie plate.
