  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. butter
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • pinch of black pepper and nutmeg
  • 1 1/3 c. whipping cream
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 3 oz. Cheddar cheese or other mild cheese
