  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

    Bake two 9-inch pie shells (homemade) 3 to 5 minutes at 350°. Fry bacon, drain well on paper towel, then crumble.
