  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 to 8 slices crumbled bacon
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Sprinkle cheese, bacon and onion over the bottom of the pie shell.

    Beat eggs and half and half and spices.

    Pour into a pie shell.

    Sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

    Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
