- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 eggs, well beaten
Directions

1Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; cool and crumble into large bowl.

2Add shredded cheese.

3Stir together all remaining ingredients; add to bacon and cheese.

4Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350° for another 30 minutes.

5Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
