  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 1/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion (optional)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 eggs, well beaten

Directions

    Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; cool and crumble into large bowl.

    Add shredded cheese.

    Stir together all remaining ingredients; add to bacon and cheese.

    Pour into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes; then reduce heat to 350° for another 30 minutes.

    Cool 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
