  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1-2/3 c. fresh crab meat, OR canned and drained
  • 18-oz. Kraft natural Swiss cheese, sliced and diced
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped

Directions

    Combine the mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.

    Stir in the crab meat, cheese and green onions.

    Pour into the pie shell and bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes, or until set.
