- 2 c. milk, scalded

- nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Bake a ready made pie crust for 10 minutes.

4Cool milk slightly, then beat together with eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour custard mixture into the prepared crust with filling.
