- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. light cream (20% or half and half)
- 1/4 tsp. each: salt and sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 425°.

2Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pie shell.

4Beat in remaining ingredients; pour cream mixture into pie shell.

6Reduce oven to 300°; bake 30 minutes longer.
