  • 1 (10 inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • dash nutmeg
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup half and half

    Place bacon and cheese in prepared pie shell.

    Mix remaining ingredients well.

    Pour over bacon and cheese.

    Bake at 375° for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
