- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut cabbage in wedges.

2Place in casserole and tuck in small amount of beef around cabbage wedges.

3Add the rice; pour over all the mixture of tomatoes, water, salt and pepper.

4Cover and bake at 350° for 2 hours.
