  • 1 short crust pastry (pie shell)
  • 6.5 oz. smoked bacon
  • 2 oz. Gruyere cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 qt. milk (non-skim)
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 pinches pepper

    Place pastry in pan.

    Make some little holes with a fork in bottom of pastry.

    Cover with slices of smoked bacon and add slices of Gruyere.
