  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 lemon, juice and grated rind
  • 12 graham crackers, rolled fine
  • 8 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can evaporated milk, chilled 24 hours

Directions

    Dissolve jello in boiling water.

    Add lemon juice, grated rind and sugar.

    Cool until it begins to jell.
