  • 4 eggs
  • 1 12 cups light cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 12 cups swiss cheese, cubed
  • 34 lb bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375F Put eggs, cream flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, into a blender container.

    Cover and pulse until well blended.

    Stop blender and add onion and cheese.

    Cover and pulse 2-3 times.

    Sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixtue into shell.

    Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes.
