- 1 12 cups light cream
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 medium onion, quartered
- 1 12 cups swiss cheese, cubed
- 34 lb bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F Put eggs, cream flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, into a blender container.

2Cover and pulse until well blended.

3Stop blender and add onion and cheese.

4Cover and pulse 2-3 times.

5Sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixtue into shell.

6Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes.
