- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded natural swiss cheese
- 13 cup finely chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 18 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Directions

1Heat oven to 425 degrees.

3Ease into quiche dish, 9 x 1 1/2 inches or pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

4Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in pastry lined quiche dish.

5Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients.

6Pour into quiche dish.

7Bake 15 minutes.

8Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.

9Bake about 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
