  • 1 stick oleo
  • 5 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced
  • minced onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt oleo in casserole dish.

    Place potatoes in melted oleo. Sprinkle with minced onions and add salt and pepper to taste. Place in oven at 425° in covered dish until tender, about 30 minutes.

    Remove lid and return to oven until brown.
