- 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- pastry for 1 (10-inch) pie shell (unbaked)
Directions

1Sprinkle crumbled bacon in pie crust.

2In a bowl, beat eggs, half and half, salt and nutmeg.

3Stir in cheese.

4Pour into crust. Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

5Reduce temperature to 325° for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

6Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
