- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- 6 slices bacon (crisply cooked)
- 6 ounces swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1 12 cups half-and-half
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 ounces ham, cubes (about 1/2 cup)
- 4 eggs
- 18 onion (slice)
- 12 cup zucchini (optional)
Directions

1Prepare pie crust, sprinkle crumbled bacon and cheese on the bottom of pie crust.

2Put remaining ingredients in blender container, blend on high for 10 sec, don't over-blend.

3Pour into pie crust over bacon and cheese.

4To freeze: Flash freeze pie and container.

5When frozen, cover with aluminum foil and seal in jumbo freezer bag.

6To prepare: thaw quiche completely before baking.

7Bake in preheated oven at 350 - degrees for 30 minutes, until top is golden brown and mixture is set.

8Serve warm.
