  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
  • nutmeg

Directions

    Beat eggs in bowl.

    Add milk, cheese, bacon, chives, salt and pepper.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
