  • 9-inch pie shell
  • 1 lb. bacon, fried to crisp
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped or 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Crumble bacon; add bacon, cheese, onion, pepper and mushrooms in pie shell. Beat eggs, half and half, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until done.
