- 1/2 lb. chopped bacon
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Blend together beaten eggs, salt, milk and flour.

2Reserve a bit of bacon.

3Press the rest of the bacon into the pie crust. Next, add the cheese the same way.

4Pour on the egg mixture. Finally, sprinkle with the extra bacon. Put in 400° oven for 10 minutes, then for 30 minutes at 325°.
