  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 3 large apples, chopped
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Mix ingredients in order.

    Bake in prepared tube pan approximately 40 minutes (350°).

    Frost with simple powdered sugar glaze while warm, if desired.
