  • 1 (14 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix milk, eggs, salt and pepper together. Crumble fried bacon in the bottom of a pie shell. Sprinkle on all of cheese. Pour milk mixture over this. Bake 15 minutes at 450°. Reduce heat to 300° for 30 minutes more, until puffed and brown.
