- 1 deep dish pie shell
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 small (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 c. shredded cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, etc.)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Partially bake pie shell about 6 minutes.

3Remove from oven and lower temperature to 325°.

4In a mixing bowl, combine bacon, mushrooms, cheese, onion, flour, salt and garlic powder.

5Mix well.

6Spoon into pie shell.

7Beat together eggs and milk.

8Pour over bacon mixture.

9Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
