- 1 pie crust
- 12 slices bacon (fried, drained and crumbled)
- 1 1/2 c. shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. light cream or milk
Directions

1Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions in pie crust.

2Blend remaining ingredients, and pour into pie crust.

3Bake for 15 minutes @ 425 degrees.

4Reduce heat to 300 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer.

5Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

6Can be made ahead and baked the next day.
