  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. onion
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. cream
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Cook bacon and onion in butter 5 minutes.

    Put ingredients in a pie crust.
