- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne or 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Cook bacon and onion in butter 5 minutes.

2Put ingredients in a pie crust.

3Bake 10 minutes at 450°.
