  • 1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken
  • 1 tbsp. veg. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 12 ounce. fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. minced green onions
  • 1 c. dairy lowfat sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. skim lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp. dry sherry
  • Canned biscuits

Directions

    Cook chicken in warm oil for 4 to 5 min.

    Remove chicken and set aside.

    Mix garlic, mushroom and onion in skillet.

    Cook 4 to 5 min.

    In a bowl, stir together lowfat sour cream, flour and 1/2 tsp.

    of salt and 1/4 tsp.

    pepper.

    Add in lowfat sour cream mix, lowfat milk and broth to skillet.

    Cook and stir.

    Add in chicken and sherry and heat thoroughly.

    Serve over biscuits.
