- 8 slices crisp, fried bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of each: pepper and cayenne pepper
Directions

1Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie shell. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings in a bowl; beat well.

2Pour over bacon, cheese and onion.

3Bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

4Reduce temperature to 300° and bake for 30 additional minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

5Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
