  • 1 1/4 c. grated monterey jack or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. chopped ham or bacon or sausage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
  • pepper

    In blender beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and mustard. In a 9 inch deep dish pie shell spread cheese on bottom. Sprinkle with 2 or 3 Tbls flour. Spread ham or preferred meat over cheese. Pour egg mixture over ham. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 400°.
