  • 2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. unbleached flour
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 c. carob chips
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. hydrogen peroxide (regular type)
  • 3/4 c. water or soy milk

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Separately mix wet ingredients.

    Quickly combine all ingredients so that hydrogen peroxide does not lose its strength.

    Place in sprayed 9 x 13-inch or Bundt pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Cool and frost.
