- 1 c. long grain rice
- 4 chicken breasts or a cut up chicken
- 1 c. orange juice
- 1 c. white wine or sherry (could be optional)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup
Directions

1Put rice in bottom of casserole dish.

2Add chicken; mix rest of ingredients well and pour over chicken and rice.

3Cover.

4Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours; remove cover for 20 minutes.

5Bake until brown and tender.

6Test for doneness; may take less time.
