Quick and Easy Chicken Strips

- 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
- 3 cups flour, unbleached all-purpose or substitute, such as Bisquick
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon milk
- 2 each eggs
- 1 dash lemon juice
Directions

1Cut the chicken breasts into halves and set aside.

2Place the flour into a large bowl and set aside.

3Begin heating cooking oil on medium heat (there should be enough in the pan to cover the strips when they are placed inside).

4Whisk the eggs in a small or medium-sized bowl.

5Mix the salt, pepper, milk, and lemon juice togther.

6Submerge the strips one-by-one in the mixture.
-
7Let them sit if you want more flavor, or move on and cover them in flour and then fry.

8Approximate frying time: 10 to 15 min.
