- 1/4 c. margarine or oil
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. berries or fruit
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Beat 1/2 cup sugar and margarine until smooth. Add next 5 ingredients and beat until smooth. Spray a 2-quart dish with Pam; spread batter in dish. Put berries or fruit over batter. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over fruit. Pour water over top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
