  • 2 3/4 c. water
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (6.5 oz.) pkg. instant mashed potato flakes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1 tsp. fresh or frozen chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Combine water and milk in a heavy saucepan.
