  • 4 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup dark rum
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish

Directions

    In a blender, puree the mangoes and sugar with the orange and lime juices, rum, cinnamon and bitters.

    Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate until chilled.

    If the drink is too thick, thin it with a little water.

    Pour into large glasses and garnish with pineapple.
