Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onion
- salt to taste
Directions

1Wash turkey thoroughly.

2Place in a roasting pan.

3Melt butter. Add salt to butter.

4Spread butter over turkey.
-
5Chop celery and onion.
-
6Stuff chopped vegetables inside turkey.

7Place lid on roasting pan.
-
8Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

9Do not open oven.
-
10After 1 hour, turn off oven and leave turkey in oven overnight.
-
11In morning or when ready to serve, uncover turkey and brown, using broiler section of oven.

12Slice and serve.
