Quick and simple fried rice!

Ingredients

  • 3 garlic
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen mix veggies
  • 2 slice bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slice roast beef cooked deli
  • 1 black pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 2 cup rice cooked
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 hot sauce optional

    Break down the rice to separate so it's not clumpy and then add salt.

    Put it aside

    Chopped bacon, deli meat, garlic, onion.

    Fry the bacon until fully cooked.

    Add the garlic, onion and deli meat for about 2-3 min

    Add the egg and mix it together

    Add the rice (leftover rice is best, cold from the fridge)

    Mix it together.

    Add vegetables and soy sauce

    Add black pepper and mix it well

    Add hot sauce desired.
