- 1 can fresh or canned corn
- 1 egg yolk, beaten
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- dash of paprika
- 1 egg white, beaten stiff
Directions

1Chop corn; drain.

2Add beaten egg yolks.

3Sift flour with salt, baking powder and paprika; stir in corn mixture.

4Fold in the stiffly beaten egg white; dip batter by teaspoonful and slide into heated oil with the heat control at 375°.

5Fry until medium brown for 3 to 4 minutes.

6Drain and serve.
