- 1 apple
- 5/8 cup coconut dehydrated
- 1 coconut yogurt natural
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7/8 cup olive oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 3/4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- fine salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2Grease a bundt cake with butter and sprinkle with flour. Set aside.

3Cut the apple into quarters, and remove the core.
